Rates:
Week Day Business Hours Rate – $100 per hour + GST
Weekend Day Rate (up to 8 hours) – $150 + GST
Off-peak rate 6pm to 2am – $100 + GST
Weekend 48 hour lockout – $250 + GST
or enquire about longer term discounts

 

*Above rates apply for dry studio and equipment only – clients are expected to be able to troubleshoot equipment and run their own session. Additional fees apply for staff assisted sessions*

Studio Etiquette

  • Studios must be left exactly as found after each session
  • No smoking OR vaping permitted in the studios by any means fire alarm activation fee: $1,500 + GST as there is multiple studios and ducted AC if any smoke it will filter through to other rooms any smoke or vaping will not be tolerated and will result in termination of your session time
  • All rubbish must be removed at end of session and placed in bin at front door 
  • Excess cleaning will be charged at $150

Equipment & Facilities

  • Dry Hire sessions do not include tech support please do not call staff after hours unless in an emergency
  • Your session will be prepped according to your needs, we cannot provide additional equipment once session has commenced. Please ensure you’ve asked for everything you need ahead of time.
  • Additional technical support charged at $100/hour

Security & Access

  • You are responsible for all guests while on premises
  • Please be aware that common areas are under video surveillance
  • Front door must remain locked at all times
  • If you journey out to get food etc please ensure you take your swipe or you will get locked out 
  • After hours call out fee $500 

Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of booking fee
  • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of booking fee
